Precise Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international air, sea, land shipments; liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers
• Prepare/verify Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L, AWB, Certificate of Origin, Delivery Orders
• Track ETD/ETA, transshipment, arrival, provide timely client updates, resolve delays/damages
• Obtain/compare freight quotations, negotiate rates, book cargo
• Coordinate customs clearance at KTM/Birgunj/Tatopani, compliance with Nepal Customs & Incoterms
• Maintain shipment records, logistics system, finance coordination (invoices, billing)

Requirements:
